How PNG Maker handles account data, uploaded images, and Stripe payments.

最終更新: 2026-11-05

Introduction

PNG Maker (pngmaker.studio) removes image backgrounds and lets you download a PNG with a transparent alpha channel. This policy describes what the service actually does.

Accounts

Sign-in uses Google only. When you sign in, we receive the name, email address, and profile image Google shares with this app. There is no separate email-and-password account.

Images

To remove a background, your browser uploads the image to our server. The server sends that image to remove.bg (Kaleido) when a server-side API key is configured. The provider returns a PNG, which we send back to your browser.

We do not keep a public gallery of uploads. We do not use your images as marketing examples. We do not store the image in the browser's persistent storage. The default request returns the PNG in the same response and does not write the file into a user library.

Logs must not include image bytes or provider API keys.

If background removal is not configured, the service returns an error. It does not pretend that the original image was processed.

Payments

Paid credits are billed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. A purchased credit is spent when a signed-in removal is accepted. Failed removals are refunded to your credit balance when the refund succeeds.

Free allowance

A small daily allowance may be available without a purchase. The limit is enforced on the server. Reaching it is reported as a limit, not as a technical failure.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for the session, the language preference, and, when configured, analytics. Analytics events record actions such as upload and download. They do not include the image.
